Network Engineer Job: Immediate Need!!
Large Communications Company is located in upstate New York, and is actively looking for a Cisco Network Engineer with experience in Telecommunications industry. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or Networks, with 5+ years experience troubleshooting and implementing enterprise data networks (WAN, MAN, LAN, WLAN), and must be able to interface with hardware/software vendors, and manage carriers. Candidate must also have extensive knowledge of data protocols including TCP/IP, 802.X, layer 2 bridging protocols such as MPLS, STP, and RSTP, be familiar with Frame Relay, VRRP, HSRP, and layer 3IP routing protocols, and be familiar with encryption protocols such as IPSEC and SSL and network performance analysis protocols/tools such as NETFLOW, SNMP, and Sniffer tools. US government security clearance is required. Candidate must possess CCNA or CCNP. Company will pay for relocation.
